The Last Star in the Universe

We think of stars as large, bright, hot objects far away from us that light up our night skies. But not all stars are large, bright or hot. Some stars are small and relatively cold! And they're right here in our Sun's neighbourhood! These stars are red dwarfs. Red dwarfs have such long lives that they'll be the last stars to remain in the universe after all other stars have died out. That's not all that makes them fascinating.
