Our muscles

We have more than 600 muscles in our body that keep us together and help us move. So it's important that we keep our muscles healthy and strong. How do we do that?

Surprisingly, the more we wear out and "damage" our muscles, the stronger they grow! Isn't that strange? Just how does our body manage to do that?
