WHO is that?

Grammar Boy is a twelve-year-old with a cosmic knowledge of English grammar. He uses this wealth of knowledge to solve crimes and help capture criminals. Toting a black t-shirt that says “I am silently correcting your grammar” and a red pencil behind his ear that calls out the most heinous of language crimes (for instance, misplaced apostrophes—oh, the horror!), Grammar Boy is found wherever evil thinks it can outsmart people with its poor and confusing language skills.

When he hangs up his mask, he becomes Bharat Iyer, a mild-mannered class seven student who enjoys comics, detective stories, video games, football, and annoying his younger sister.

WHEN did he make his debut?

Grammar Boy first demonstrated his crime-fighting grammar skills in May 2014, in Tinkle Digest 269.
